What is Blackjack?

When it comes to good and skillful gambling, I always put my bet on poker and blackjack. Both rules are somewhat similar and the payout rates are easy to understand. I always love gambling because besides my lucky nature, I can meet all kinds of people over the net. When they lose, how they look like and how they behave and it amuses me when someone who has always been on a lucky streak can all of a sudden lose thousands of money over night. Although I’m young, I do have some money and playing online has betting limits so I’m never scared that I go overboard with my betting. I am a person with deep understanding of mankind and I never venture into any game without learning the tricks and mastering the basics. So, on the topic of blackjack, here it goes.

Blackjack is a good casino game more on skill than luck. It excites the player to bet a high amount and it is played against the dealer. Normally, in traditional casinos, the smart me will walk round and round surveying which table I should sit at. This table must have an unlucky dealer where his players are wining by great margins. Many a time, casinos will notice this and call for exchange of dealers. That’s another reason for spy cams. Not just to spot out the casino intruders and winners, but also the unlucky workers of the casinos. Everything needs proof so does the ongoings of the casino management.

Over at online sites, I for one believe I can win more here than at traditional sites. This is because as long as I master the art of playing against the computer, I should stand a good chance of a fat pay packet. After all, how many times can the site changes its’ programmes? It costs a lot of money to program it all over again but it’s possible that they add some extra fields to make it difficult to win but then if it’s done too often, this will dishearten many rich wannabees. What’s more, although casino sites claim they use random generators to generate the numbers, I believe card counting will help me a great deal.

Back to Blackjack, it involves obtaining a hand that has a higher value than the dealer’s hand without going bust and over 21. Starting the game, each player receives 2 cards, both face up on the table. The dealer receives 2 cards as well but one card is faced down. You decide whether to ‘hit’ meaning asking for one more card from the pack or ’stay’ meaning letting the whole table including the dealer know you’re satisfied with your own cards. If you have less than 17 and the dealer has exposed cards of 8,9,10 or 11, you should always hit because the dealer’s likelihood of getting a very high hand is extremely good with these cards. Also, if you think your chances of winning are good, you can choose to double. In addition, on the first deal, you can split your two cards hand into 2 hands and play them separately to increase your chances of winning.

Scoring rules are that Ace is either 1 or 11 with 10 for the value of 10, Jack, Queen and King. Bust is the condition when a card is drawn and over 21 points are received. Natural hand means when only with a ten value card and an ace card appears. In case of a tie, the bet is returned to the player. In classic Blackjack, the players get their cards dealed to them first. There are no complicated betting logics in blackjack and you will be paid 1 to 1 if you are the winner. In natural hand, it’s 3 to 1 where 3 to the player.

THIS IS BLACKJACK, SO SIMPLE. GO ON AND PLAY NOW! See you in the players arena!
